Frequently asked questions

A premade logo design means that it is Non Exclusive in nature so this means it will be sold more than one time. We can adapt or modify the design by adding or changing the colour or font. Just let us know what you have in mind.

There is a small additional fee to change the font and colour of your logo. If you choose this option, then please tell us in the ‘Note to Designer’ box your colour or font preferences. The total price will automatically be shown depending on what you select. 

We will personalise your logo within 1-2 days and send you a proof via the email address you provided us with at check-out. Once your final design has been confirmed,  the final digital artwork files will be emailed to you. 

You will receive your digital artwork files via the email address you provided at check-out. This means there are NO shipping fees as NO physical product will be mailed to you.

Digital file formats provided:
EPS, PDF, SVG & JPEG (on a white background), PNG (on a transparent background)  

Your logo will be provided in various digital artwork files that can be used for multiple uses. For example send them to your print shop for signage etc, and use on web and social media.

All previews will be watermarked to co24design, but your final copy will not be watermarked.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a design has been purchased. We do however make sure each client is 100% happy with their design before we send them the final artwork files.
